What are the requirements needed to become a Reseller?

We only need your ID Card Number or Tax Identification Number for Reseller registration

Will I get a tax invoice?

The tax invoice will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Every mid-month or at the end of the month

What is the minimum spend at PT Acis?

Minimum spend IDR 3,500,000, can mix all items

What are the existing payment methods?

Cash. Via transfer to our account, you can also come directly to our showroom

Can my order be delivered directly to the shop??

Yes, with a minimum spend of IDR 3,500,000 we will deliver your order from the nearest warehouse. Free shipping

We collaborate with Sicepat specifically for the delivery of accessory products

Can I use my subscribed expedition or other shipping methods?

Yes. You can order gosend, lalamove to pick up your order. We can also help to send your order to the expedition of your choice (for customers outside the city). Shipping costs are borne by the customer

How long does it take for my order to be processed??

After we physically check your order, a Sales Order will be issued. After making payment, the order will be scheduled for delivery. Estimated delivery 1 - 3 working days after payment is made
